Navy Mid-Atlantic to Spain - YOU FAIL - no coast defined. Um, what? Seriously, knowbody told me that I had to define a coast for movement orders. In fact, I don't know what that means. isn't a country a country? Refer to p.5 of teh PDF. Specific Movement Clarifications. Bulqaria! Spain, and St. Petersburq: These are the only coastal provinces that have two separately identified coasts. A Fleet enteringone of these provinces enters along one coast and can then moveto a province adjacent to that coast only. The Fleet, nevertheless,is considered to be occupying the entire province. Such a Fleetshould be placed on the coastline rather than completely inland. For example, a Fleet at Spain's North Coast cannot be ordered tomove to the Western Mediterranean or to the Gulf of Lyon or toMarseilles. It is, however, considered to be occupying all of Spain. If a Fleet is ordered to one of these provinces, and it is possiblefor the Fleet to move to either coast, the order must specify whichcoast, or the Fleet does not move. (apologies for the poor OCR. Thank Adobe)

In fact, I don't know what that means. isn't a country a country? Ack! I figured as much since it wasn't much of an issue for you in the last game. Sam is right. Certain costal provinces require you to specify a coast. I hate seeing new players burned by little rules like that, but I had to learn the hard way too. You'll never forget it again though.

LoL! It was a work in progress. It wasn't until the game was almost over before i started putting borders around th units to make painting the map easier, or added the 'x/18' builds to victory ratio. I realized posting the Build options was kinda pointless, so I stopped once I felt the newer players had the hang of it. (No one ever got more build in a single turn than they had available home provinces anyway). It will just take a period of adjustment to the way Tim wants to run things - to be honest, I hadn't looked at the update either because when you modify an existing thread, there's no flag that comes up indicating a change has been made. No problem for me, I will just have to remember to check it periodically.
