Just to get the game running a little bit smoother than it is atm, I just thought it would be a good idea to lay down some basic diplomacy rules.
1) You cannot move and support with the same unit in the same turn
2) You cannot attack and and support with the same unit in one turn.
During the orders phase you have a few options depending on what unit you're ordering...fleet or army.
ARMY - Move, Support... that is all.
FLEET - Move, Port, Convoy, Support... that is all.
You can only do one of these with each unit... ie, Army in Trieste cannot move to Albania and support Serbia in the same move. He can move to Albania in Spring 01, and then support another unit which is MOVING or staying in Serbia in order to get a build in Fall 01.
